Honey is aptly named, as when she was a foal she was so sweet and loved being around people and very curious as to what was going on around her. She has grown into a lovely tall, athletic, beautifully moving 5-year-old mare and would excel in the sport of dressage.
Honey has been exceptionally well handled, as she is coming from a natural horsemanship home.
Honey has been taken along slowly so she could mature and was started under saddle in March and has had about 14 weeks under saddle and then turned out for the winter. She is now currently being ridden by Kristin White of Mayfield Farm, Victoria.
Honey’s dam is the thoroughbred mare Reimoss Raider, by Twig Moss, a producer of many show horse champions and HOTY finalists. She was lightly shown herself and was top 10 Barastoc HOTY with many champions. At stud she has produced exceptional quality stock with super movement.
Honey’s sire is the one and only Regardez Moi, Australia’s consistent winning champion dressage horse of the year and producing up-and-coming future stars of the dressage arena. In the future Honey will make a very valuable brood mare to continue this legacy.
